Proposal

During the first phase we seek to determine the vision of your project. We will schedule a few in office meetings (or virtual conference meetings), get a sense of your overarching goals, and give you a rough, ballpark range for what sort of budget might be required to meet your needs.

Foundation

During this phase we turn our proposal into an easy to understand software development, deployment and support framework.

We will create this framework for supporting the evolution of the software solution beyond its first iteration, we’ll consult on process improvements with you, and we’ll address adoption and deployment plans.

Development

During this third phase we build the requested software. Much of the work is done in the coding, but we hold regular status meetings with our clients to maintain control, visibility, and to ensure we can accommodate any changes.

Our clients are active members of our development team.

Deployment

We often will create a framework for supporting the evolution of the software solution beyond its first iteration, we’ll consult on process improvements in your organization, and we’ll address adoption and rollout plans.

Support

We can provide ongoing support for software that we’ve deployed and continually modify them to suit your software needs.
